EFFECT OF YARN FRICTION ON WEAVING

    The high measure of yarn disunion and the performing high disunion force make it delicate for the yarn to pass through the splitter comb and the yarn companion bar. In addition, when the yarn is bent into a circle, it's affected by the disunion between the yarns and the yarns with the knitting needles, sinkers, and other accessories, and therefore causes a series of changes in the production process of the underpinning warp knitting fabric. (一) Influence on the recovery of the finished fabric

    Since there are more yarns in the stretch yarn, after the fabric is stretched in the longitudinal direction, the yarns in the stretch yarn have a large quantum of transfer to the circle dry. After the external force is removed, the yarn transferred to the circle stem can not be returned to the extension line due to the large quantum of yarn transfer and the handicap to the yarn recovery due to the inordinate yarn disunion force, therefore destroying the original coil. (二) The weft extension of the cloth isn't enough

    Because the extension line is too long and the range of the door is too wide, the yarn that can be transferred to the extension line in the ring stem is inadequate during weft stretching, and it's delicate to completely repudiate the range of the cloth door during finishing so that the cloth is extended in the weft direction. Not enough. As a result, the quality and stability of the cloth are reduced.

(三) Because of the small circle blankness, the long extension line, and the wide range of the cloth door, the vertical viscosity of the cloth becomes larger and the perpendicular viscosity becomes lower. (四) Influence on the hemming of the cloth

(五) The cloth face is easy to produce perpendicular stripes

    Because the yarn is more delicate to transfer to the circle, the quantum of yarn in the extension line becomes larger, so that the difference in the length of the extension line caused by the unevenness of the yarn becomes more serious, which is more delicate for the machine. The wear of the corridor increases, and the wear of the corridor to a certain extent will produce a large number of longitudinal strips, hair yarns, and broken ends.

(六) High yarn breakage rate

    Because the circle blankness is small, the cloth face pressure is large, and the disunion force of the weaving needle circle becomes larger, which will beget damage to the yarn of the weaving needle. On the other hand, it isn't easy for the coil to come off, both of which will beget a high yarn breakage rate.

    In order to avoid the below problems, on the one hand, when developing new products, if the filaments with high disunion are named, try to use a fairly large quantum of let-off to reduce the viscosity on the machine, and don't make it too thick fabrics.
