Some applications of functional finishing and functional raw materials can produce velvet products with special functions, such as antibacterial, flame retardant, waterproof, oilproof, and antifouling. Finishing and processing cutting flowers, embroidery, bronzing, embossing, spraying, brushing, layering, compounding, punching, etc. can also produce more new velvet series products to improve product use. However, some processes have certain damage to the velvet feeling effect.
In addition to CVC velvet, the common velvet fabrics in the market include diamond velvet, ice velvet, burnt velvet, and so on.
Diamond fleece---the terry is FDY bright polyester filament, ground filament DTY polyester filament. It is the easiest to make in almost all sheared fabrics. The grey fabric is directly dyed after slitting and shearing, and the slight horizontal and vertical strips during weaving are covered after the finished product, and a small amount of unclear shearing and leaving loops to increase the gloss of the entire surface.
Binghua velvet---the sister of diamond velvet, mainly because the dyeing process is slightly different.
Golden diamond fleece---a relatively thick shearing variety with spandex, the suede is messy and shiny, similar to warp knitted rich velvet.
Burnt-out velvet---the terry is rayon (or cotton yarn), the ground yarn is a polyester filament, the rayon is used for the burnt-out pattern, and the variety of ground yarn and spandex is slightly more difficult.
